Once your website is live, you’ll move onto our monthly plan, which covers hosting, maintenance, and support. Support includes fixing any issues that may arise and making basic content updates, such as changing text or swapping images if you provide the content. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. If you’d like to add new pages, sections, features, or additional functionality, this would be quoted separately. We’re always happy to discuss your ideas and provide a cost estimate for any custom work, ensuring your site stays secure, up-to-date, and fully supported while giving you flexibility for future growth.

We can definitely add custom functionality to your website. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, we provide a tailored quote, with prices starting at £50 per hour. The best approach is to give us as much detail as possible about what you need, and we can discuss it further, either via email or a phone call, to ensure we fully understand your requirements and provide an accurate estimate.

We accept payment via bank transfer. Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll send over a contract along with the payment details for the project, and then we’ll get started. Throughout the process, we keep you updated on the progress of your website, typically with weekly updates, so you always know how things are moving along.
